HD-Surfaces uses a proprietary technology originally developed for medical research and education and in use by such renowned institutions as Harvard University, Loyola University, and The National Library of Medicine. Now we've adapted it to meet the unique challenges faced in showing products in realistic, dramatic detail. HD-Surfaces replaces the flat, lifeless photos seen on so many stone and tile websites with ultra-high-resolution digital images to precisely convey the subtle tones and textures that make your products unique. Between 170 - 200 individual digitized images of each sample are compiled to create just one HD-Surfaces image. You'll notice a tiling effect as each digitized image falls into place when you "click on" or "pan across" the on-line image creating a high definition zoom effect.By using samples of your products, HD-Surfaces produces a studio quality set of master images that accurately represent the rich hues and surface characteristics of virtually any material – marble, granite, onyx, travertine, slate, ceramic and porcelain tile, leather and more. State-of-the-art technology and the exacting color correction of each image combine to reveal the unique natural beauty of exotic stones as well as the finest details created in ceramic and porcelain tiles. |
